1. Introduction
Welcome to TalentDraft ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). TalentDraft is an independently operated platform run by TalentDraft, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the operator of TalentDraft governing your access to and use of the Platform at https://www.talentdraft.me.
These Terms apply to all users — Candidates (job seekers and freshers) and Recruiters (employers and hiring managers).
2. Definitions

| Request | A connection request sent by a Recruiter to a Candidate expressing interest in their profile for a specific job posting. |
| Resume | Any curriculum vitae, portfolio, or professional document uploaded by a Candidate to the Platform. |
| AI Score | An algorithmically generated numerical rating assigned to a Candidate's profile based on their resume and AI interview responses. |
| Content | Any text, data, images, files, links, or other material submitted, posted, or displayed on the Platform by users. |
| Services | All features and functionalities offered by TalentDraft, including job matching, candidate discovery, AI scoring, AI interviews, and messaging. |
3. Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3.2 Legal Capacity
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law. Individuals previously banned may not re-register without prior written consent.
3.3 Recruiter Eligibility
Recruiters must be authorised representatives of legitimate organisations or individual hiring professionals acting in a genuine professional capacity.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is a material breach and may result in immediate account termination.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us at security@talentdraft.me if you become aware of unauthorised access.
4.3 One Account Per User
Each individual or organisation may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions are strictly prohibited.
4.4 Account Name Changes
Candidates may change their display name once every three (3) months to protect recruiter trust and platform integrity.
5. Candidate Terms
5.1 Profile and Resume Accuracy
By using TalentDraft as a Candidate, you represent and warrant that all profile information is accurate, your resume is your own original work, and you have not misrepresented your identity or background.
5.2 Consent to Appear in Recruiter Searches
By completing your profile and marking it active, you consent to your anonymised profile appearing in recruiter searches. Your identity is revealed only when you explicitly accept a request.
5.3 Resume Sharing Consent
By accepting a request, you grant that specific Recruiter a limited, non-exclusive permission to view your resume solely for evaluating your candidacy for that specific role.
5.4 AI Interview
Participation is entirely voluntary. Text responses are processed by AI, your transcript is stored, and AI-generated responses will be scored zero.
5.5 Hibernate Mode
You may activate Hibernate Mode via Account Settings to completely hide your profile from all recruiter searches. Deactivate at any time.
5.6 Account Deletion
You may delete your account via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Data removed from active systems within 30 days.
6. Recruiter Terms
6.1 Recruiter Representations
You warrant you are a legitimate hiring professional, all organisation information is accurate, and you are acting in good faith to fill genuine positions.
6.2 Job Posting Standards
All postings must describe genuine opportunities, comply with Indian labour laws, and must not discriminate on protected characteristics.
6.3 Job Posting Duration
Each posting is active for 21 days and automatically deactivated thereafter. You may repost for additional 21-day periods.
6.4 Candidate Data Usage Restrictions
Candidate data may only be used for that specific recruitment purpose. You strictly agree not to:
- Use candidate data for any purpose other than evaluating them for the specific listed role.
- Share, sell, redistribute, or transfer candidate data to any uninvolved third party.
- Store candidate resumes or personal data beyond the period necessary for the hiring decision.
- Contact the candidate for purposes unrelated to the role they accepted your request for.
- Compile candidate data to build independent databases or mailing lists.
7. Platform as Intermediary
TalentDraft is an online intermediary marketplace. We do not employ or endorse any Candidate or Recruiter, guarantee employment outcomes, make hiring decisions, or verify candidate qualifications.
TalentDraft is an Intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and claims safe harbour under Section 79.
8. Prohibited Conduct
8.1 For All Users
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Impersonating any person, company, or organisation.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in discriminatory conduct.
- Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
- Scraping or using automated bots to collect Platform data.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the Platform's source code.
8.2 Specific to Recruiters
- Posting fake, expired, or already-filled job positions.
- Posting roles for multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, gambling, adult content, or any illegal activity.
- Using candidate contact details to send unsolicited commercial communications.
8.3 Specific to Candidates
- Submitting AI-generated or fabricated resume content as your own authentic work.
- Using AI tools to answer AI Interview questions and representing them as your own.
- Creating multiple accounts to game the AI scoring system.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Platform Ownership
The TalentDraft Platform — including its design, software, algorithms, AI models, and branding — is protected under applicable Indian and international law. You may not reproduce or modify any part without express written permission.
9.2 Your Content — Licence to TalentDraft
You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting, you grant TalentDraft a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, process through AI, and share with Recruiters per your privacy settings. This licence terminates on account deletion.
10. AI Features — Terms of Use
10.1 AI Resume Scoring
The AI resume score is an automated estimate — not a professional assessment or certification. Request human review at grievance@talentdraft.me.
10.2 AI Interview
Text responses are processed by AI models. Responses detected as AI-generated will be scored zero. Your interview transcript is stored solely to compute your interview score.
10.3 AI Job Matching
Match scores are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees of suitability.
10.4 Recruiter AI Validation
The AI job validation feature is an optional assistance tool. Recruiters remain solely responsible for legal compliance of job listings.
11. Anti-Fraud and Safety
Report any violating user, listing, or content by emailing grievance@talentdraft.me. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and act within 15 days.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF ANY AI SCORE, MATCHING RESULT, OR JOB LISTING ON THE PLATFORM.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Operator's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).
The Operator shall not be liable for loss of employment or job opportunity, loss of income, indirect or consequential damages, or damages from the conduct of any Recruiter or Candidate.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or any fraudulent information you provide on the Platform.
15. Termination and Suspension
15.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.
15.2 Termination by the Operator
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or any activity posing a risk to the Platform or other users.
16. Modifications to Terms
The Operator may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect and via a Platform notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
17.2 Informal Resolution
Contact grievance@talentdraft.me before initiating formal proceedings.
17.3 Arbitration
Unresolved disputes shall be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat: Hyderabad, India. Language: English. Award is final and binding.
17.4 Consumer Disputes
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
18. Grievance Officer
Grievance Officer — TalentDraft
In compliance with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Unlawful content taken down within 36 hours of a valid court order.
19. General Provisions
19.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator.
19.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
19.3 Force Majeure
The Operator shall not be liable for failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
